By accessing and using FB Pro Max, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you are participating in a beta testing program. If you do not agree to these terms or do not wish to participate in beta testing, please do not use our service.

2. Nature of Service - Beta Testing Program

FB Pro Max is a beta testing and demonstration platform that allows content creators to experience and understand how Facebook Stars functionality works. This service:

• Operates through Apple TestFlight as a beta testing application
• Distributes test tokens (simulated stars) that have NO monetary value
• Is intended for educational and demonstration purposes only
• Does NOT provide any real financial benefit, income, or monetary compensation
• Is NOT designed to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate any Facebook/Meta systems

3. No Monetary Value Disclaimer

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• All stars, tokens, or credits distributed through FB Pro Max are simulated test items with absolutely NO real-world monetary value.
• These test tokens CANNOT be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real currency, cash, or any form of monetary compensation.
• You are NOT entitled to receive any payment, payout, or financial benefit from using this service.
• Any resemblance to actual Facebook Stars is for demonstration and educational purposes only.
• This service does not guarantee, promise, or imply any form of income or monetization opportunity.

4. Beta Tester Acknowledgment

By using FB Pro Max, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating as a beta tester in our testing program
• You understand this is an experimental service for testing purposes
• You have no expectation of receiving real money, actual Facebook Stars, or any monetary benefit
• You will not attempt to claim any financial compensation based on your use of this service
• You understand that test results may vary and are not indicative of actual Facebook Stars functionality

5. Service Tiers (For Testing Purposes)

Our beta testing program offers different testing tiers:

• Free Testing Tier: Test with up to 300 simulated stars per session, limited to one test per IP address every 24 hours.
• Premium Testing Tier: Extended testing features including higher daily test limits, priority testing queue, and enhanced testing tools.

Note: Premium tier fees are for accessing extended beta testing features and do NOT entitle users to any real monetary value or actual Facebook Stars.

6. Eligibility for Beta Testing

To participate in our beta testing program, you must:

• Have a valid Facebook account with public content
• Understand and accept that this is a testing program with no monetary value
• Submit only your own content URLs for testing
• Not attempt to circumvent testing limits or abuse the system
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit fake or fraudulent URLs
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt to bypass security measures or testing limits
• Submit URLs for content you do not own
• Abuse the testing service in any way
• Claim that test tokens have real monetary value or attempt to sell/trade them
• Misrepresent this service as providing real Facebook Stars or actual income

8. Service Availability

As a beta testing program, service availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the testing service at any time without notice. Beta features may change or be removed without prior notification.

9. Premium Testing Tier and Payment Terms

If you choose to access our Premium Testing tier:

• Nature of Payment: Premium tier fees are for accessing extended beta testing features ONLY. Payment does NOT entitle you to real Facebook Stars or any monetary value.
• Pricing: Premium testing subscription is billed at $25 per month or as otherwise displayed at the time of purchase.
• No Refunds: All premium subscription payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

10. Disclaimer and Affiliation

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

• FB Pro Max is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or any of their subsidiaries.
• Facebook, Facebook Stars, and related features are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
• This is an independent beta testing tool and is not officially supported or recognized by Meta or Facebook.
• We do NOT exploit, hack, or bypass any Facebook/Meta security systems.
• All testing is conducted within legitimate testing environments (Apple TestFlight).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FB Pro Max, its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this beta testing service.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FB PRO MAX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Account Actions: Any suspension, restriction, ban, or termination of your Facebook account, Meta account, or any third-party platform account, whether temporary or permanent, that may occur during or after your participation in this beta testing program
• Loss of Stars or Tokens: Any disappearance, removal, devaluation, or non-delivery of Facebook Stars, test tokens, or any form of digital assets associated with this service
• Platform Changes: Any changes to Facebook, Meta, or third-party platform policies, features, or functionality that may affect the service or your account
• Financial Losses: Any loss of revenue, income, profits, or business opportunities, whether actual or anticipated
• Data Loss: Any loss or corruption of data, content, or digital information
• Third-Party Actions: Any actions taken by Facebook, Meta, Apple, or any other third party against your account or content

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are using this service entirely at your own risk. This beta testing program is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FB Pro Max and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this service, your violation of these terms, or any misrepresentation about the nature of this testing service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our beta testing service immediately, without prior notice or refund, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any reason at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
